The circle: what runs all year — domain name, hosting, SSL certificate, security maintenance. One tick: one hour of content changes included that month. One disc: that month’s traffic report. One rung: one SEO optimisation pass, one per quarter.

The commitment is 12 months. Each bar runs down as far as it costs: the build, then one notch per month of subscription. Options you add are written on the end, in ochre. Nothing is carried over into the monthly price.
